Our kindergarten students are introduced to music with two thirty minute sessions a week.
Kindergarten is an exploratory in music, where they get to experience the basics of the subject, such as...1. Discovering the beat and rhythm in music with their body and voice2. Learning about different sounds around us3. Finding out their voices can go high and low, and make music!4. Play instruments5. Be involved in our two major performances in the school year: Christmas and Spring.
The Kindergarten class performs a few songs at their Celebration on the last day of school as well.
