  • Frequently Asked Questions

    • How do I apply?

    • If we fill out an application are we guaranteed a spot?
      • No, filling out an application does not guarantee a spot. You will receive an email letting you know either that a spot is available or that you are being added to the waitlist. Admission is determined according to the following:

        • siblings of current OLV students
        • parishioner seniority (the order that the student's parents registered as parishioners at OLV)
        • Catholic students from other parishes
        • children of other faith denominations
    • What does tuition cover?
      • Our tuition is all inclusive. This means there are no fees other than the $325 family registration fee when you enroll ($150 for preschool students). Our tuition covers technology, textbooks, etc.

    • How do you incorporate the Catholic faith?
      • We weave our Catholic faith into the classroom instruction every day. Students attend Mass every Wednesday, with one class presenting each week.

We have an All School Rosary and Stations of the Cross for all grades several times a year.

Adoration is done as an all school event twice a year. Grades 4-8 attend Adoration at least once a month throughout the school year.

    • What types of service do the students participate in?
      • We have a "Victory Value Service Day" every October. All grades participate in service for our local community. Every class also does several service projects thoughout the year, as well as go out into the greater community for grades 3-8.

    • What curriculum is used at OLV?
      • Our Lady of Victory follows the Archdiocese of Detroit standards. All grades are vertically aligned to ensure all standards are met. Click here to view our Curriculum page.

Morning latchkey starts at 7AM; afternoon latchkey ends at 6PM. It must be used at least three times a month; may not be utilized as a "drop in" service. Preschool and Young 5s are not eligible for latchkey.
